FAQ (Backers)

The following Frequently Asked Questions section is for backers of crowdfunding projects. 


Address Change Requests: address@gamerati.com

We send an address verification email per campaign and collect addresses until a specific date, found in the e-mail and our fulfillment status page.  


You can also send the address to address@gamerati.com and we'll put a pin on it until we start updating the addresses. 


If an address change request is received past the cut-off date and time listed on the email or our website, we may not be able to change update the address.  


Send a request to address@gamerati.com to hold the package until you return from vacation or complete your move. Let us know when OK to release the order.


If a hold is received past the address verificaiton cut-off date and time, we are unable to guarantee the hold. 


We batch identical orders and print labels before packing to expedite processing. These may appear in UPSMyChoice, USPS Informed Delivery or FedEx Deliver Manager before we pack and dispatch your order. 


In the meantime, check our campaign status page. If a campaign is marked as completed, email contact@gamerati.com for help.

Sometimes technology just doesn't work the way we want it to. 


Carrier companies allow recipients to create free accounts for visibility of incoming mail. Some even allow adding delivery instructions for drivers such as entry codes or porch dropboxes, as well as adding multiple name variations, phone numbers, address alternatives, and other information to link a package to your account.


UPS offers UPS MyChoice.

USPS offers Informed Delivery. 

FedEx offers FedEx Delivery Manager.

Fulfillment status in the pledge manager (e.g., BackerKit) are updated by the creator Please contact the creator for additional information about your pledge status.


If you pledged a project but, did not complete the pledge manager sent by the creator, our team will have no record of it.


We recommend reaching out to the creator for assistance. 


If we do not have a valid phone number and your RFC, the order will not ship. Our team will send up to three reminders, check for any communications from address@gamerati.com or contact@gamerati.com.
