Many publishers use tools to manage support tickets and when a second email is sent the next day or every day, it keeps pushing the ticket to the back of the queue. We also recommend checking their most-recent Kickstarter update as they oftentimes contain information about possible known issues or the state of fulfillment, replacements, among others. Once a fulfillment is completed, we work directly with publishers to address open tickets or known issues.
