Campaigns are added under the month they enter the queue. Our website is updated whenever there is a significant change in a status (you know who you are 😉).
Statement of Care
We understand everyone is eager to receive their pledges (so are we!) but, we kindly ask that backers keep it civil and respectful. Our support staff cannot speed a vessel, nor can they force a container to magically appear in the warehouse. We wish! Spamming our inboxes and harassing the staff will not make logistics wheels move faster but it can ruin someone's mental well-being for the day (or week).
